Search in Your Local Languages using Google

Do you want to search something using a language other than English. I wanted to type and search using a Hindi keyword and found my solution with Google. Google now provides a new virtual keyboard on Google search, which allows you to type text and do Google search in your local language.

Lets try a search in Hindi for Taj Mahal.

You have to go to Google India. Below the search box you will find all language options available for India. (refer to red box in screen shot below)

Click on Hindi and Google’s Hindi language version will open.

Just type the word you want to search. In this case we wanted to search for Taj Mahal. The moment you type Taj in search box, you will be presented with a drop box with different options in Hindi Language. Select the option which is appropriate for you.

You can find search results in Hindi now.

You can also use Hindi keyboard by Google. Click on icon on right side of the search box and Hindi keyboard will be popped out to help you type in Hindi.
